Jon Lawson

Defensive Line

Coach Lawson is in his seventh season with Lafayette. Jon will serve as the defensive line coach in 2008. After graduating form Blue Springs, Missouri High School in 1989 he spent one year at Missouri Western State College before coming to the University of Kentucky for 1990 to 1992. He coached youth league football fro ten years prior to joining the Generals staff. Jon is employed by the Fayette County School System at Lafayette High School. Jon and his wife Shannon, have four children, Tim (19), Jonica (15), Lexi (9) and Jaylan (7).
