To the Lafayette football family,

For as long as I can remember, football has been a part of my life.  My dream has always been to become a head coach.  I can’t think of a better place, better people or a better program to begin that dream.  Over the past seven years, I have been able to learn, grow and build relationships with many students, teachers, faculty and parents.  Now I am looking forward to using that experience in order to build upon the foundation that has already been laid.  I hope that this year will be full of exciting and positive moments that will keep you on the edge of your seat and anxiously awaiting the next football game.

My goal is for our players to believe in each other, their coaches, trainers and teachers.  With this in mind, I know that our program will continue to move forward.  I expect our players to not only believe in the system, but to believe in themselves as well. Hard work will be expected and demanded on a daily basis, not only on the field, but in the classroom and community as well. This is reflected in our three core beliefs that we live by:

1. Do what is right
2. Do your very best
3. Treat others as you would want to be treated

The expectations of our program are high, and that's what makes this job both challenging and enjoyable.  To every member of the Lafayette football family, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me this opportunity.
